Each package is designed around a different level of involvement. All prices exclude VAT and are based on a three-month minimum engagement.

Common questions about pricing
Can I switch packages mid-engagement?
Yes. If your needs change after the first month, we can move you up or down a tier from the following month. We will adjust the invoice accordingly, and there is no penalty for switching.
What if I need something outside these packages?
We regularly build custom scopes. Some clients need a single two-day workshop rather than an ongoing retainer. Others want a one-off financial health check that takes about 15 hours. Tell us what you need and we will quote a fixed fee before any work begins.
Are travel costs included?
For clients within Northern Ireland, yes. If your office is in Great Britain, we add a flat £250 per on-site visit to cover travel and accommodation. We always confirm this before the engagement starts.
Do you offer payment plans?
We invoice monthly at the start of each month with 14-day payment terms. For the Strategic partnership tier, we can split the invoice into two fortnightly payments if that helps your cash flow.
What happens after the minimum commitment ends?
The engagement rolls month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days written notice. Many clients stay for 12 months or more, but we never lock you into a long contract just to protect our revenue.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We do not offer a blanket refund policy because consulting is collaborative: results depend on both sides doing the work. What we do promise is full transparency. If after the first month you feel the engagement is not delivering value, we will sit down, review the situation honestly, and either adjust the approach or part ways without hard feelings.
